Motivation ~ staying on the right track is essential as we move into the holiday season. Staying healthy, strong, and full of energy is key to having a good winter.

A good routine goes a long way. It doesn’t have to be fancy or the latest fad on the market. Beginning each day with a breakfast that serves your body well. It doesn’t have to be a lot of food, but something to get the engine warm.

Staying motivated with body movement you enjoy! It’s important this time of year to get outside and get some fresh air and warm sun shine, as well as move your body a little bit every day. Start with 10 minute goals and work your way up to an hour. Any kind of movement, anything you like.

Fresh foods. Consuming foods full of bright colors and life can help restore energy. It can help you keep motivation moving forward.
