New Pilates programs offered at Pilates in Parker!  At Pilates in Parker we offer a client based schedule.  You tell us where you want your class and we make it happen.

We just added mat classes on Saturday mornings at 8:30, and Reformer III on Thursdays at 4:30.

We are geared up for the Holidays and have lots of hours available!  We work Monday through Saturday, with plenty of times available during the Holidays and beyond to de-stress and lose those extra Holiday pounds, all before the New Year!  Of course, we want to help you achieve those New Year’s resolutions and beyond!  As Pilates is not only a great way to get in shape, but it’s also a change in life style!
